*Timely and accurate reporting is a must Manage E-Commerce customer service support through the effective and timely use of Inbound calls, Emails, customer support.
*Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools.
(FRESHERS WITH GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED, TRAINING WILL PROVIDED FOR THE POSITION).
*Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions.
*A Customer Service Executive usually performs many of the following tasks:. Identifying new opportunities. Interaction with customers. Processing customer orders.
